The Apartment
This spacious alpine-styled apartment comprises a comfortable, well furnished lounge/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bath/shower room, entrance hall and utility cupboard.

The dining table seats up to four people and there is a TV and DVD player, we have a collection of films but you are also welcome to bring your own films or rent from the local rental shop.
It has heating and the added benefits of a balcony.
The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and a microwave. All the plates and cutlery you need will be provided.
The flat look out towards the river and the mountains of Chamonix.
About the area
CHAMONIX is unique and its pedestrian village of Chamonix Sud was built 20 years ago and fits perfectly with the architecture and the lifestyle of that famous resort.
Located at the foot of the cable car leading to the Aiguille du Midi (3842 m) and at a 3 minute walk from the very town centre, Chamonix Sud is a charming extension of the town of Chamonix.
With roofs with varied slopes, their loggias and their fine wooden balconies, the small buildings of Chamonix-Sud have the charm of typical «chalets chamoniards».
They all differ one from the other and their frontages are elegantly decorated in pastel colours.
The square is surrounded by pleasant arcades allows for shopping and relaxation while your children can safely play.
